Hello Mississauga, this is my first blog post on my new official website and I am excited about this new journey I am taking! As I write this post, I know there are plenty of things I still need to do to ensure this website does what it is supposed to do which is be the 24 hours 7 day a week resource that you can visit and learn from. It also needs to be an incredible colleague I can rely on who is capable of performing sales 24/7. If you haven’t had an opportunity to browse my website so far, I strongly recommend you do so to learn more about me and what I do. But I am sure you have noticed that I am missing a few things that would allow my digital presence to be the best performer possible. If you haven’t, this is why you should continue to visit this website to learn more about the dynamic digital elements that are impacting your business online. We could also schedule a meeting.

I decided to launch this website before having everything in place for two reasons. The first reason was that I needed you to know that there is someone nearby available to help you, the second reason is that I want to show everyone that I am transparent (I am starting a business from scratch by myself). As a small or medium-sized business owner, I am sure you can appreciate this because there are many people that like to paint you a pretty picture without showing you the difficulties and messes that were involved to become a success.

I am incredibly passionate about marketing and more specifically digital marketing, even though it is incredibly complicated when compared to traditional media. But the benefits of going digital and becoming more social has tremendous value for your business, which is why I intend to give you my all.

Why Did I Start A Digital Restaurant Marketing Company In Mississauga?

The core reason why I am starting a digital restaurant marketing company in Mississauga is because I believe in growing small businesses into large enterprises.

Initially, I wasn’t going to create a company that performed services, instead, I was going to develop a digital marketing resource hub for restaurants where you could get all of your local Mississauga marketing tips, tricks, and supporting documentation. However, I did not start because at the time I was working with a firm that prevented me from sharing information (whether it be general knowledge, acquired knowledge from third parties, and which makes sense proprietary information) as well as having a non-compete. After me and about half of the employees left the firm, I planned on working somewhere closer to home or starting my own company. With my noncompete in place for a year, I decided it would be better to work for someone else that was not a marketing agency. Unfortunately, one of the major things I noticed in the job market that I consider must have negative implications is that there is a growing trend by employers to only want candidates to have a degree and 5 years experience. I have a 3-year advanced marketing diploma and 3 years digital marketing experience, but this clearly wasn’t good enough. So I decided to invest in myself through furthering my education by going back to post-secondary school, reading books, and signing up for online courses. However, in hindsight, getting a degree may not have been the best option because experience always trumps formal education. So I should have only been focusing on building a high performing brand presence when I initially thought of it. Lesson learned. However, over the last two odd years, I have never given up on the thought of starting a digital marketing company in Mississauga.

How Am I Looking To Help Mississauga Restaurant Companies with Digital Marketing?

The way I grow small restaurant businesses is by developing creative strategies that utilize content, advertising, and the optimization of sales funnels to tell your story. This allows brands to become liked, known, and trusted by their target audience, leading to increased sales. Without your story, businesses would not be able to sustain growth let alone stay in business because people buy from people not brands.

What Types Of Digital Restaurant Marketing Does My Company Perform?

I provide search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media optimization, social media marketing, and email marketing to grow Mississauga restaurant businesses. I know I will be able to provide a high standard of service as I have spent hours training from people who are the best in their industry, I have successfully managed up to 30 clients at one time, and have trained new and current employees on digital marketing best practices.

My unique digital marketing skillset

My continual need to learn new things is a great fit for the field of digital marketing because the internet continues to change rapidly. Where I specialize is in the hospitality industry. More specifically the restaurant sector. This is because I grew up in my parents restaurant. So I fully understand the fears and stress of what small restaurant owners experience.

I have also been fortunate enough to do marketing for various types of companies such as lawyers, accountants, property managers, chemical companies, equipment rental, cleaning services, commercial electric companies, childcare services, car sales, insulation, vapor deposition, environmental engineering solutions, condos, sporting events, meat suppliers, surveillance firms, and many more. Having this type of experience allows me to pull ideas from different places to create innovative solutions.

What has taken me so long to do this?

Like anything it was fear. Fear of feeling I might not be good enough. Fear that being an introvert would hinder me. Fear that I would not live up to my potential. However, this is incredibly silly of me to allow this feeling to get the better of me because as Will Smith says the success and happiness we are looking for is on the other side of the thing we fear most.

So if you have ever been scared of marketing, know that I am here to help you realize how important it is to your business. I will do whatever it takes to grow your business because it is your time to be heard, remembered, and known for what you do and why you do it.
