Robert outgrew the agencies he formerly worked for, wanting to support more small businesses in a big way. To achieve this, Bopachino was created to focus on rapidly growing small to medium-sized Canadian businesses allowing them to become more competitive against the large dominant organizations. Robert will bring his vast knowledge and experience growing an array of companies such as restaurants, lawyers, accountants, automotive dealerships, medical firms, jewelry companies, app developers, and property management firms to your unique business.
Bopachino’s Creation Story
Robert Bacchus grew up in a small business in Toronto all of his life. You may have heard of it as it has been seen on television and is known by many people throughout Canada and the state of New York. It was called Bacchus Roti Shop. Through his experience, he had the opportunity to witness all of the good and bad that accompanies a small business, both in his parents’ business and many of the neighboring businesses. However, he knew that every small business once started small and there was a huge opportunity to grow.
Robert has always enjoyed the process of creating art and strategies, but only until his final years in high school did he realize what these would make him great at. Marketing. Ever since then he has continually been striving to become the very best.
Coming from immigrant parents, Robert was always told that formal education would make all the difference in getting an incredible job to live a life that they could never afford. So he went on to complete both with honors a college marketing diploma and university degree. Through his formal education, he had an opportunity to do some internships, part-time work, and full-time work for different organizations. This is where he got into the world of digital marketing and became enchanted by its ability to help businesses grow. But all the clients he was getting to manage marketing campaigns for were big multi-million if not billion-dollar clients. While fun, this was not the type of business he wanted to help. He wanted to help small businesses grow using the power of the internet. Why? Because the internet is the medium that would allow Canadian small businesses to thrive in today’s fast-paced economy. More importantly, it evens the playing field with big corporate conglomerates giving small Canadian businesses the opportunity to grow.
Unfortunately, his last employer did not live up to the expectations of what was promised to Robert and worse treated Robert’s team members poorly. So Robert left. Being unable to find a job that met his requirements and a continuous burning desire to help small businesses thrive, Robert launched Bopachino. A digital marketing agency focused on growing small and medium-sized Canadian businesses into corporate giants using the power of the internet.
About Bopachino’s Name
The name Bopachino came about long before the creation of the company. It was actually a nickname given to Robert Bacchus that combined the words Bob and cappuccino. While Robert has never liked being called Bob, he does like cappuccinos more specifically iced cappuccinos and together these made a catchy name that stuck. Robert then later chose to use his nickname name for his company because it is unique and represents what he believes in without using his famous last name “Bacchus”.

Bopachino’s logo is unique and unlike anything in the market today. If you look carefully at it, it represents 2 things Robert loves. These are the internet and his huskies. The internet is a powerful tool that will be used to grow small and medium-sized brands to become global empires. His Huskies are energetic, fun, supportive, caring, and tough. But no matter how tough his huskies have been or how challenging the internet has been to figure out to grow brands, Robert has figured out how to be the ALPHA and be the leader.
